What does a meeting cost?
One agreed amount per meeting held, written down on the first call before anything is sent. No retainer, no minimum. Nothing is billed for a meeting that does not happen or does not fit the criteria.
What counts as a meeting?
Both sides show up for at least 10 minutes, and the company fits the three criteria we wrote together. If it does not fit, say so within 48 hours of the meeting and it is not billed.
Will this hurt our email domain?
No. We never send from your domain. Every campaign runs on domains we register, authenticate, and warm up ourselves.
How soon do meetings start?
New domains need two to three weeks of warm-up before the first cold email leaves; that is how email works, not a choice. Meetings follow the first sends, and every Monday you get one line with exactly where things stand.
Who writes the emails?
A person, for one company at a time. Under 60 words, plain text, no attachments. You see and approve the copy before the first send.
What do you need from us?
One 30-minute call, a calendar link, and a salesperson who can take the meetings. Copy approval within three days. That is all.
Can we stop?
Any time, with 14 days' notice. You keep every brief and every contact we passed to you.
Is this legal?
Yes. Business-to-business email under the US CAN-SPAM Act and the EU GDPR: real identity, postal address in every email, business addresses only, and a one-word opt-out honored the same day. Details in the privacy notice.
